京沪高铁跨锡澄运河系杆拱桥拱肋施工技术

摘    要:京沪高铁跨锡澄运河钢管混凝土系杆拱桥采用先拱后梁顺序施工,拱肋采用整体吊装施工方法,其施工工艺较为复杂,施工难度大。以跨锡澄运河系杆拱桥拱肋施工为背景,介绍了该桥拱肋拼装、吊装及钢管混凝土灌注等关键工序的施工过程与方法,运用ANSYS分析软件对拱肋吊装过程进行了仿真分析,并对拱肋施工的线形监控效果进行了分析。研究表明,该桥拱肋的施工方案能满足安全性和施工精度的要求,拱肋线形监控效果良好。

Abstract:Method of arch first and beam late is used in the construction of steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge cross Xicheng canal in Beijing—Shanghai high-speed railway,and the construction technology of integral hoisting is used in arch rib construction,which leads to the construction process very complex and difficult.Based on the arch rib construction of steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge cross Xicheng canal in Beijing—Shanghai high-speed railway,the construction process of arch rib assembling and hoisting and concrete filled steel tubular pouring is introduced,then the simulation analysis with arch rib hoisting process is carried on by the finite element software ANSYS.The effect of linear monitoring on the construction of arch rib is analyzed.The results show that the construction scheme of the arch rib meets the requirement of the safety and construction precision,the effect of linear monitoring on the arch rib is good.
