地铁盾构施工浅埋区间风险监控及沉降规律分析

摘    要:郑州地铁1号线一期工程出入线段盾构区间隧道埋深较浅,需下穿京珠高速和东四环等风险源,施工风险较大。风险监控采取现场监测和巡视相结合的方式,将监测数据和巡视结果及时反馈。通过调整盾构施工参数、采取有效措施来控制风险,确保了盾构施工的安全。通过对监测数据的分析,提出了浅埋盾构区间地表沉降存在的一些规律。

Abstract:The shield construction for the entrance and exit part of the tunnel of the Zhenzhou Subway Project,Phase 1,Line 1,was subjected to high risks because it was shallowly buried,but had to pass under the Jingzhu Expressway and the 4th East Ring Road.To control the risk,on-site monitoring and inspections were combined so that the construction parameters can be adjusted and proper measures adopted with the immediate feedback of the monitoring data and inspection results.This technique has shown to be effective and ensured the construction safety.By further analysis to the monitoring data,some conclusions have been drawn regarding the surface settlement principles of shallowly buried shield zone.
