| 摘 要： | 中国东盟(柳州)工业品展示交易中心会展会议中心钢结构工程整体工期紧、施工组织及技术方案选择难度大。根据其工程特点及施工难点,重点介绍了会展中心双目字形组合箱形截面折形柱的制作工艺,包括:钢柱分段、钢柱构件焊接、折形柱安装等。考虑附着式塔式起重机对于高层框架钢结构体系的影响,对会议中心塔式起重机进行附着分析并采取原结构加固措施,保证了结构安全。

| Abstract: | Construction of the steel structures for the Exhibition and Conference Center in China-ASEAN Industrial Trading Center had to meet a tight schedule,which caused difficulty in construction organization and technology scheme selection.According to its engineering characteristics and difficulties,the fabrication technique for corrugated columns with double 目-shaped composite box sections was introduced in detail,including steel column segmentation,components welding,column installation.Considering the influence of attached tower cranes on high-rise steel frames,analysis was performed to the crane and the original structure in the conference center was strengthened to assure its safety. |
