现浇双向密肋楼盖早拆模板支撑体系设计与施工

结合青岛创业中心工程工期紧、质量要求高、密肋楼盖体量大的结构特点,设计了一种密肋楼盖早拆模板支撑体系。该体系中模板选用定型塑料模壳,模板支撑采用扣件式钢管支撑架及早拆支撑头相结合的早拆模板支撑系统。介绍了该模板支撑体系的支设和拆除要点。工程实践证明,该模板支撑体系具有缩短工期、降低成本、保证质量等良好的技术经济效果。

Design and Construction of Early-dismantling Formwork Support System for Cast-in-situ Bidirectional Ribbed Slab Floor

Combined with the structural characteristics of Qingdao high-tech zone innovation center project,which are short period,high quality requirement and large ribbed slab floor,a kind of early-dismantling formwork support system for ribbed slab floor is designed.The set-shaped plastic shuttering formwork and the fastener pipe support frame with a early-dismantling support joint are combined as the early-dismantling formwork support system.Meanwhile,the key points of setting and dismantling of the formwork support system are introduced.Engineering practice shows that the system has a better technical and economical effects of shortening construction period,reducing costs and insuring quality.
