几种模板体系在EPR核电站中的应用

摘    要:对EPR核电站工程结构特点进行研究,介绍各种类型模板特点,最后得出如下结论:对于内墙采用钢木大模板,质量轻、强度与刚度大、周转次数多、安装拆卸方便;对于HK厂房、HL2/3厂房外侧APC墙体采用塔式起重机提升悬臂模板,可以独立进行高空作业;对于与HK厂房、HL2/3厂房外侧APC墙体相对的内部墙体外侧,选用钢框胶合板模板与自制小平台共同使用,保证在极小操作空间完成模板安装、支撑及拆卸;对于内、外壳筒体施工,内壳墙体选用塔式起重机提升悬臂模板,外壳外侧与内壳一致,外壳内侧采用液压爬模系统,保证通过自身系统提升模板及平台。

Abstract:After researching for civil works structure of EPR nuclear power plant and introducing of various types of formworks,following points are conoluded: for the inner walls,steel-wood big formwork has light weight,high strength and rigidity and it is easy to reuse,install and dismantle.For the APC shell walls of HK and HL2/3,cantilever formwork is hoisted by tower crane which can perform at high level independently.For the outside of inner walls opposite to the APC shell walls of HK and HL2/3,plywood formwork with metal frame and small platform should be used together,which can make the formworks installed,supported and dismantled at limited space.For the containment,cantilever formwork hoisted by tower crane should be used for internal containment and outside of external containment,and hydraulic climbing formwork,which can hoist the formwork and platform by itself system,should be adopted for inside of external containment.
