架桥机高低法架梁施工技术

摘    要:城市桥梁架设时的限制越来越多,特别是施工时临时用地的征用难度越来越大。针对这种情况,柱式墩简支梁桥梁体架设时利用桥梁下的用地形成运梁通道,架桥机采用两端高低起梁提升方法和斜向提梁施工技术,克服梁长大于桥墩、盖梁净距的问题,完成墩下提梁安装,形成了一种新的梁板架设工艺。结合工程实例,详细介绍了施工技术特点,主要工艺流程,施工参数确定,施工技术要点,以及质量安全保证措施。

Abstract:The limitation becomes more and more in city bridge erection,especially temporary expropriation.According to the situation,girder transporting channel formes by the land under bridge in girder erection of simply supported girder bridge with cylinder pier,the construction technology of oblique lifting girder and high-low lifting girder,the problem of girder length is bigger than clear distance of pier and coping is overcomed,new erection process of girder slab formes.Combined with engineering example,the author introduces construction technique features,main process flow,the determination of construction parameters,construction points,and quality control measures.
