圆端形薄壁空心高墩轻型爬架配合翻模施工技术研究

摘    要:结合清石河特大桥圆端形薄壁空心高墩施工情况,重点介绍了爬架配合翻模施工工艺,即利用已凝固的混凝土墩壁为受力结构,由预埋在墩壁上的承重棒交替受力完成平台爬升并利用塔式起重机完成模板翻转提升的一种施工技术。深入分析了墩身主要施工方法的方案比选,轻型爬架体系的设计,空心墩爬架施工,包括施工工艺流程,爬架的搭设,模板的安装,爬架的提升,墩顶实心墩施工,并进行了施工经济性分析。

Abstract:Based on hollow high pier construction with thin wall and round end for Qingshi River Bridge,the author introduces construction technology of climbing scaffold combined with turnover formwork,that is to say,coagulated concrete pier wall is used for force structure,platform climbing is finished by alternating force of bearing rod which is is pre buried in pier wall,overturning lifting of formwork is finished by tower crane.The author analyzes scheme comparison of main construction method for pier body,design of light climbing scaffold system,construction of climbing scaffold for hollow high pier,including construction process,erection of climbing scaffold,formwork installation,lifting of climbing scaffold,construction of solid pier.Finally,the author analyzes construction economy.
