摘    要:针对N4/1Cr18Ni9Ti复合板的特殊使用要求,通过采用手工钨极氩弧焊打底、熔化极气体保护焊焊接基层,手工钨极氩弧焊焊接复层的焊接工艺,完成了冶炼坩埚的焊接制造,提高了焊接生产率,降低了成本,具有很大的推广价值。

Abstract:For the special requirement of N4/1Cr18Ni9Ti clad plate,GTAW & MAG and GTAW were used to weld the base metal and the clad metal respectively.Such manufacture of smelting crucible had improved the welding productivity and reduced the cost,thusly preserving a great value in the field of engineering application.
