热风炉烟气低品位余热资源利用研究

摘    要:韶关冶炼厂热风炉烟气的余热尚未回收利用。经测定其余热资源总量为1 878 kW,温度平均280℃,为二类余热资源。通过应用溴化锂吸收式制冷技术,可利用热风炉烟气余热资源制取冷冻水,用于工艺冷却,如鼓风炉空气脱湿。经测算仅降低焦比和增加喷煤量两方面,韶关冶炼厂鼓风炉空气脱湿产生的经济效益每年就可达1 500万元左右。

Abstract:The hot air stove fume waste heat is not utilized at Shaoguan Smelter.The gross waste heat resource is 1 878 kW by test,the fume average temperature is 280 ℃,which belong to the second grade waste heat resources.By means of utilizing lithium bromide absorption refrigerating technique,the refrigerating water could be made by hot air stove fume waste heat.Many working procedures need cooling,for example the blast furnace air dehumidifying.By calculating,only in two respects of coke rate decreasing and coal spray increasing,annual economic benefit is 15 million yuan because of Shaoguan Smelter blast furnace air dehumidifying.
