Q550D低碳高强度钢板的开发研究

摘    要:在生产试验的条件下,通过成分设计和TMCP-RPC-T工艺设计,采用晶粒细化、沉淀强化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化等手段,辅以回火处理能得到性能优异的Q550D低碳高强度钢板,其金相组织为粒状贝氏体和细小板条状贝氏体的混合组织。同时分析了回火工艺对钢板组织结构和力学性能的影响及生产中拉伸试样分层的原因。

Abstract:In the production test conditions,by means of component design and TMCP(Thermo Mechanical Controlled Process)-RPC(Relaxed Process Control)-T(Tempering)technique design,and adopting grain refinement,precipitation strengthening,dislocation strengthening and bainite structure strengthening and so on means,moreover supplemented tempering treatment,can obtain low-carbon high-strength steel plate Q550D that has excellent performance,its metallographic structure is mixture of granular bainite and tiny lath bainite...
