摘    要:介绍了一种新型的毫米波波导空间固态高功率合成放大器.该放大器中采用的波导-微带空间功率合成网络,在毫米波频段实现了幅度、相位对称的四路功率分配/合成和波导-微带过渡转换,由此研制的毫米波高功率合成放大器,在29 ~31 GHz范围内,合成效率高于80%,输出功率大于43.4 dBm,并在30~30.6 GHz内高于25...

Abstract:This paper presents a new waveguide-based spatial power combining amplifier at millimeter-wave frequency. In this amplifier, a waveguide-microstrip spatial power dividing/combining network is adopted and a four-way broadband low loss symmetrical power dividing/combining is achieved at millimeter-wave frequency, with an easy manufacture processing and convenience of integrating solid-state high power devices. The measured output power of this amplifier is more than 43.4dBm in 29-31, and the corresponding power combining efficiency is more than 80%. The obtained output power is more than 25W in 30-30.6GHz.
