| 摘 要： | 介绍了上海一级方程式(F1)赛道承重层和粘结层专用重交通道路沥青性能和技术要求,重点阐述了F1赛道专用重交通道路沥青生产原料油的优选、生产工艺条件的优化、质量指标的控制。结果表明:利用进口专用原油加工的优质沥青,达到F1赛道专用重交通道路沥青设计技术要求,经实际工程应用表明:该专用重交通道路沥青综合性能优良,质量稳定, 满足F1赛道施工。

| Abstract: | this article introduces the requirements of performance and techniques of the bearing course and tack coat for the specialized Shanghai F1 circuit. The selection of the crude oil for F1 circuit , optimization of the production techniques and the control of quality index were focused on. The result shows that, with the high-quality bitumen processed from imported specialized crude oil, this type of bitumen achieves the requirements of design and techniques for the specialized heavy-duty bitumen. The engineering projects suggest that: this specialized bitumen has excellent performance overall and stable quality to meet the construction of F1 circuit. |
