Research on Food Safety Supervision and Decision Based on Internet of Things

In recent years,the quality of people＇s living level is gradually improving,increasing human understanding of the importance of physical health,food safety regulatory issues which affect directly to human happiness and health. Along with the Internet of Things development and progress,the Internet of Things is finding wider and wider application in all walks of life,which is also becoming more and more bright future. In this paper,expound the concept of Internet of Things and the main characteristics of the Internet of Things technology,also make a deep exploration on the Internet of Things today involving field and application ability. Then the application of Internet of Things technology in the food safety supervision influence has been researched and analyzed. Finally,the food safety regulatory strategy under Internet of Things technology environment has carried on the induction and summary in detail. Io T technology used in food safety regulation has very important practical significance and influence,so the research on food safety supervision based on Io T technology application and decision is of great feasibility.
