制造业信息化的发展与现状研究

信息化是提高制造企业核心竞争力的主要手段。回顾了制造业信息化的发展历程与特点。建立了制造企业的功能模型，基于该模型分类论述了制造业信息化的内容，包括设计、制造、供销服务和决策管理的信息化以及实现这些信息化的支撑系统。阐述了信息化实施过程中的单元技术、集成技术和支撑技术。提出了制造业信息化的发展方向。

Research on the Current State and Development of Information-based Manufacturing

With the rapid development of information technology, Information-Based Manufacturing (IBM) is becoming a major means to enhance the competitive ability of manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the development history and features of IBM are reviewed, and a functional model of manufacturing enterprises is developed. Based on the functional model, the contents in which information technology should be implemented are classified, including design, machining, management, supply, sale, service, and supporting system, etc., and the corresponding commonly-used unit technology, integrated technology and supporting technology are discussed respectively. Finally, the potential development directions are addressed.
