摘    要:介绍了一个继电器静态特性仿真程序—PRESC ,该程序在MATLAB语言环境下使用 ,采用开放式结构 ,可以由用户扩充继电器判据 ,进行仿真计算和分析。对PRESC的几种用处 ,包括继电器特性分析、选相元件仿真以及单端电量测距算法仿真等 ,都举例进行了演示

Abstract:This paper recommends a program-PRESC made by author. The program can be used to emulate the static character of distance relay or static character of some elements of distance relay. It is programmed with MATLAB language and works under MATLAB environment. Adopting the benefits of MATLAB environment, PRESC has an open structure. By means of using PRESC, users can expand relay functions to emulate the static character of any distance relay freely. The paper illustrates several usage of PRESC, which include analyzing distance relay character, simulating fault-phase choosing element and simulating a fault-location formula using only local data. The result diagrams of these samples are also demonstrated in the paper.
