试论农村空心村和谐发展的现实路径

随着社会经济的发展和户籍管理制度改革的推进,农村劳动力不断外流,造成了＂空心村＂的大量存在,给农村基层民主建设带来了一系列问题.以苏北部分农村为考察个案,从经济、政治、思想观念三个角度系统分析了农村＂空心村＂形成的原因,阐述了＂空心村＂给农村发展带来的负面影响,探讨了农村＂空心村＂和谐发展的现实路径.

Discussion on Practical Avenues to Harmonious Development of Rural Hollow Villages

With the development of social economy and the promotion of reform in the management system for household registration,the continuous outflow of rural able-bodied labourers has resulted in the existence of a large number of hollow villages,which has brought about a series of problems in the rural basic-level construction of democracy.Taking partial villages in north Jiangsu as the fact-finding case,this paper systemically analyzes the causes of rural hollow villages from the perspectives of economics,politics and ideological conceptions,enunciates their negative influences on the rural development,and discusses the practical avenues to their harmonious development.
