摘    要:用CD-2型内循环无梯度催化反应器研究了二甲苯在Pd/Al_2O_3蜂窝型催化剂上深度氧化的宏观动力学。在试验条件下,该反应的速度方程为 r_动=1.90×10exp(-44.2×10~3/RT)]C_(C_8H_(10)~(0.6) (200—265℃) r_扩=3.45×10~(-2)exp(-12.6×10~3/RT)]C_(C_3H_(10)) (265—302℃) 试验证明:这种构型的催化剂,内表面利用率较大,可适用于受扩散控制的快速反应。


The macroscopic kinetics of deeper oxidation of xylenes
Abstract:Using an internal cycle gradientless reactor, the macroscopic kinetics of deeper oxidation of xylenes on a Pd/Al_2O_3 honeycomb catalyst was studied. The influence of reactant and product concentrations on the reaction rate was examined trader a temperature range of 200—300℃. The rate equations for the reaction were obtained. The catalyst has a large utilization ratio of the internal surface and is suitable for application to diffusion-controlled rapid reactions.
