sPS/PET/SsPS/MTA复合材料的力学性能研究

摘    要:用保持正常熔体插层法制备了新型的间规聚苯乙烯(sPS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/磺化间规聚苯乙烯(SsPS-H)及其锌盐(SsPS-Zn)/11-氨基酸改性蒙脱土(MTA)复合材料,该材料的综合力学性能较未加MTA材料显著提高。加入2份MTA时,sPS/PET/SsPS-H/MTA(质量比为85/15/4/2)和sPS/PET/SsPS-Zn/MTA(质量比为85/15/2/2)复合材料的冲击强度达到最大值,分别为15.6kJ/m^2和14.7kJ/m^2,约是纯sPS的3.5倍,是未加MTA材料的1.5倍。拉伸强度和弯曲强度比未填充材料都提高了约30MPa。

MECHANICAL PROPERTY RESEARCH OF sPS/PET/SsPS/MTA COMPOSITES
Abstract:The mechanical properties of polystyrene(sPS)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/of sulfonated syndiotactic polystyrene(SsPS-H) and zinc salt of sulfonated syndiotactic polystyrene (SsPS-Zn) /modified montmorillonite(MTA) composites were studied. Results showed that the mechanical properties of composites were heller than alloy without montmorillonite. When sPS/PET/ SsPS-H/MTA=85/15/4/2 or sPS/PET/SsPS-Zn/MTA=85/15/2/2, the unnotched Izod impact strength reached maximum of 15.6 kJ/m2 and 14.7 kJ/m2 , being about 3.5 times of pure sPS and 1.5 times of alloy without MTA. At the same, the tensile strength and flexural strength increased about 30 MPa, being about 1.4 times of pure sPS.
