微乳液聚合法合成高固含量纯丙微乳液的研究

摘    要:用改进的微乳液聚合法,合成出聚合物/乳化剂大于15:1、粒径34.3nm、多分散性为0.176的纯丙微乳液.考察了聚合工艺、乳化剂种类用量、电解质用量、温度、搅拌对乳液粒径及性能.要求缓慢搅拌,并严格控制滴加速度.

Abstract:All-acrylate micro-emulsion was successfully synthesized by way of improved micro- emulsion polymerization with polymer-emulsifier ratio higher than 15:1,particle size of 34.3nm,polydispersity of 0.176.Effects of polymerization technology and technical conditions including emulsifier level,content of electrolyte,polymerization temperature,agitation intensity on particle size and performances of the emulsion were investigated.Monomers should be continuously and slowly added with mild stirring..
