曲轴系统多体动力与油膜动力润滑耦合的数字化仿真研究

摘    要:利用ADAMS以及MATLAB建立了某四缸机曲轴轴系与流体动力润滑的主轴承耦合多体动力学模型,得到了主轴承载荷、轴心轨迹及油膜最小厚度等数据。研究分析得出:与使用简化的转动约束轴承及线性轴承相比,考虑流体动力润滑耦合作用后,轴系得到的主轴承载荷及轴心轨迹的工作规律更接近实际系统。仿真得到的油膜轴承最小厚度及其工作特性为曲轴轴系动力学耦合分析和优化设计以及判断轴承工作的可靠性提供了重要依据。

Abstract:A multi-body dynamics coupling model of a crankshaft system and bearing hydrodynamic lubrica- tion were built with ADAMS and MATLAB.By contrasting with the simulation data of the main bearing force and the working characteristic of the displacement of the axis's center,the model using hydro bearings could give more re- liable simulation result.And the minimum thickness of oil film and its working characteristic also could be obtained by such model.It provided a more reliable foundation for the estimation of the reliability of the bearings and the cou- pling dynamic analyze and the optimization design of the crankshaft system.
