常压渣油加氢脱硫催化剂的开发研制

摘    要:考察了制备方法对载体物化性质以及助剂、孔结构对催化剂性能的影响。试验结果表明,制备的载体具有孔容、比表面积大,孔分布集中的特点,引入的助剂明显改善了催化剂的反应性能;当孔分布主要集中在5~10nm时对常压渣油加氢脱硫催化剂是合适的。小试定型的催化剂(FZC-301)在200ml加氢小型装置上进行了2000小时的稳定性试验,结果表明,FZC-301催化剂在处理中东高硫常压渣油时,其反应性能优于现用国外同类催化剂的水平,并具有良好的活性稳定性。

Abstract:The effect of preparation methods on support and of promotor and pore structure on the performance of catalyst were studied in laboratory experiments.Results show that the support prepared by the method described in this paper is featured by large pore volume,high surface area and narrow pore size distribution(majority of the total pore volume is concentrated in diameter ranging from 5nm to 10nm);incorporated promotor greatly improves activity of the catalyst.2000 hours of stabilizing test of laboratorily prepared catalyst(FCZ 301)on 200 ml hydrotreating pilot plant showed that activity and stability of FCZ 301 was superior to some existing commercial catalysts when hydrotreating high sulfur and metal Middle East atmospheric residue.
