| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了建筑物消能减震结构基于能力谱法的分析过程,给出了消能阻尼器的附加阻尼比计算式,并采用消能减震技术对某既有办公楼进行了抗震加固分析.结果表明,消能加固后能显著提高原结构的抗震性能,从而实现建筑物"中震下使用无害,大震下保证人身安全"的性能目标.
