高炉喷煤工艺的进步与优化

摘    要:近年来,我国高炉喷煤工艺技术取得了明显的进步,制粉系统的改进主要是:取消一次风机,采用全负压操作,减少或取消旋风收粉器,采用中速磨代替球磨机,喷吹系统的改进主要是:采用“总管加分配器”流程;广泛应用流化技术,采用上出煤喷吹工艺以实现沈相输送输送以及煤粉单管计量和调节等。

Abstract:In this paper the improvement and optimization in blast-furnace PCI technology is des-cribed.The improvement in coal pulverizing system includes:eliminating the primary fan and putting the whole system in subatmospheric pressure,reducing or eliminating the cyclones andadopting mid-speeded grinder in place of ball mill.The improvement in injecting system includes:adopting "single tube-distributor" route,using widely fluidizing technique,adopting dense-phase transportation technique and developing the messuring technique of PC flow rate in each tube and its adjustment method etc
