高炉结瘤的征兆与位置判断

高炉结瘤是能够预防的。预防结瘤，应从识别结瘤征兆入手。高炉结瘤的普遍特征主要有：热流强度降低、炉墙温度低于正常值、冷却设备进出水水温差低于正常水平及炉皮温度明显降低。结瘤位置可用炉身探孔法、降料面观察法及传热计算法来确定。

Accretion characteristics and its position judgment in blast furnace

The accretion in blast furnace is preventable.To prevent the accretion,one has to start with identification of its characteristics, The general characteristics of accretion in blast furnace are as follows:(1)heat flow intensity through furnace wall reduces;(2)furnace wall temperature is below normal value;(3)difference in water temperature at inlet and outlet of cooling box or stave is below normal level;(4)shell temperature decreases markedly. The accretion position can be determined by method of detection through holes on shaft, by method of observation with lowering the stock level, and by heat transmission calculation method.
