电力网络局部拓扑的快速算法

摘    要:本文提出一种局部网络拓扑的快速算法,该方法基于以下两点:(1)电力系统中处于经常断开状态的开关只是极少数;(2)某开关状态的变化只影响本电压等级内母线的形成。该方法特别适用于天并频繁操作造成的网络局部变化,不受接线方式和初始条件限制,可用于实时网络分析、调度员潮流等。在华北系统上的应用表明,该方法效率的可靠性高,能够满足实时需要。

Abstract:This paper presents a fast calculation methodof local network topology. The method is based on the following two points: (1) In practical power system only veryfew breakers are in switching-off state. (2) The change of acertain breaker's satate will only influence the bus formationof the voltage class in which the breaker lies. This methodis especially suited to the partial variation of network topology caused by frequent operation of breakers, and not influenced by the connection and initial condition. It can be usedin real-time network analysis or power now calculation fordispatchers. The result of using this method in North Chinapower system shows that the method is fast, effective andreliable, and can meet the need of real-time application.
