| 摘 要： | 以中印软件业发展对比作为切入点,分析了中国软件业存在的不足,以及潜在优势和发展前景,指出中国软件业应结合实际,抓住机遇,走自主发展之路。同时,提出了优化企业运营体系结构、创新人才培养模式、定位外包发展战略、培育核心竞争优势等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | The author compares the software industry development of China with that of India,which is set as a starting point,then analyzes the weak points,potential advantages and developing trend of Chinese software industry.The author also pointes out that Chinese software industry should seize all possible opportunities and seek for its own development,according to its real situation.Moreover,suggestions are also stated out on improving the operating system of corporations,creating new system of talents cultivating,determining the strategy of improving,fostering central competitiveness,and etc. |
