语境顺应理论指导下的导游词英译研究

涉外旅游的发展对导游词英译提出了更高的要求，也创造了良好的机遇。语言只有在语境中才具有意义，导游词中文原文和英文译文处于不同的语境当中，原文的直接受众和译文的受众有着不同的文化背景。语境顺应可以有效地指导导游词英译，通过对语言语境，情景语境和文化语境的顺应，采用恰当的翻译方法，实现译文意义准确，语言得体，功能等效。

English translation of tour commentary guided by context adaptation theory

Inbound tourism has been developing quickly, which puts forward higher requirements to and also creates good opportunities for the English translation of Chinese tour commentary. Language only can have meaning in a specific context. Chinese tour commentary and its English translation are in different contexts and their audiences have different cultural backgrounds. The context adapting theory can effectively guide the translation by adapting to language context, situational context and culture context. Based on this theory, the translator can choose proper translating methods to make his translation have accurate meaning, proper language and equivalent function.
