高等职业院校教科研工作的问题及对策研究

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，开展教科研工作是高等教育的一个功能体现，也是加强内涵建设、提高教师水平的重要举措。部分高等职业院校对高职教育的教科研工作认识不足、定位不准、措施也不够，缺乏对教学工作的促进作用。对此必须采取相应对策，提高认识，正确定位于产学研相结合，服务地方和企业，同时建立激励机制，促进教科研工作水平的提升。

Research on problems and countermeasures of teaching and scientific research work in higher vocational colleges

Higher vocational education is an important component of Chinese higher education. Teaching and scientific research work is not only a function of higher education, but also an important measure to strengthen the connotation construction and improve the level of teachers. Some higher vocational colleges are still lack of awareness to this work, and have an improper positioning and inadequate measures of it. Therefore, it can't efficiently promote teaching work. To solve these problems, some countermeasures should be taken, such as, deepening the understanding, positioning in the combination of production and research to serve enterprises and regions, and furthermore, constructing excitation mechanism to improve the level of teaching and scientific research work.
