| 摘 要： | 高职院校开展现代学徒制是工学结合人才培养模式的一次变革与创新，也是加快学校内涵建设的一种有效途径。文章主要阐述了目前高职院校开展现代学徒制的现状与重要性，分析了高职院校开展现代学徒制存在的困境，以扬州工业职业技术学院应用电子技术专业为例，从加强课程改革，加强校企合作，加强实训管理，加强教学考核四个方面提出了应用电子技术专业现代学徒制人才培养路径的对策。

| Abstract: | Modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges is a reform and innovation of work-study-combination talents training mode, and also an effective way to speed up the construction of the school connotation. This paper mainly expounds the present situation and importance of developing modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the difficulties in the development of modern apprenticeship, and puts forward the countermeasures of applied electronic technology specialty in modern apprenticeship system in four aspects:strengthening the curriculum reform, strengthening the cooperation between college and enterprises, strengthening the training management and strengthening the teaching evaluation. |
