基于PLC的双环缝焊机控制系统设计

摘    要:文章分析了汽车尾气净化器的结构特点和常用的加工方式,设计了双环缝焊接专机的电气控制系统。以西门子PLC为控制中心,驱动变频器控制电机运转进行烧焊,协调控制本焊机的其他执行机构的动作。实验测试表明:基于PLC控制的焊接专机在保证焊缝质量的同时,焊接速度比焊接机器人提高了2倍多,并大幅度降低了生产成本。

Dual circular seam welding machine control system design based on PLC
Abstract:This article analyzes the structure characteristic and common processing method of automobile exhaust purifier, and also designs dual circular seam welding machine's electrical control system. With Siemens PLC as control center, drive inverter control motor to do welding, it coordinates other actuator's movement which controls this welding machine. Experimental test indicates that this special welding machine based on PLC control can not only guarantee welding quality but also increase welding speed to twice as fast as a welding robot, which reduces production cost greatly.
