基于开放理念下的高职院校校企合作研究

随着人才培养“校企合作”，教学过程“产教一体”的不断发展，高职教育不断进步，推动了企业的高效发展，实现了高校与企业的双向共赢。然而，高职院校与企业在合作中也存在着一定的现实问题，文章着重从合作企业、高职院校、政策法规三方面探讨了目前校企合作中普遍存在的一些问题，并基于开放发展理念，提出了推动校企合作的新对策。

Research on school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges based on the concept of open mind

As the continuous development of “school-enterprise cooperation”for the talents training and“production-teaching integration”for the teaching process, the higher vocational education improves constantly, which promotes the efficient development of the enterprise and realize win-win for both the college and the enterprise. However, there are still some realistic problems in the cooperation. This paper discusses the problems from three aspects: the cooperative enterprise, the higher vocational college and the policies and regulations. Based on open development concept, it also puts forward some new countermeasures to promote the school-enterprise cooperation.
