高职双证融通人才培养模式的研讨与实践--以计算机网络与信息安全专业为例

双证融通人才培养模式是指通过学历证书与职业资格证书内涵的融合与衔接，实现学历教育和职业培训的融通。双证融通、校企合作的人才培养模式就是把相关的职业资格标准与课程教学进行融通，使教学与生产、学校与企业、理论学习与社会实践紧密结合的一种人才培养模式，在高职技能型人才培养方面，显示出了强大的生命力。文章结合湖南邮电职业技术学院计算机网络与信息安全专业建设情况，阐述高职双证融通人才培养模式的研讨与实践。

Research and practice on talents training mode of dual-certificate integration in higher vocational colleges---taking computer network and information security specialty as an example

The talents training mode of double-certificate integration means the combination of the academic certificate and the qualification certificate, which can achieve the integration of academic education and professional training. This kind of talents training mode fuses the relevant professional qualification standards with the curriculum teaching to tightly combine teaching with production, school with enterprise and theory study with social practice. It shows a strong vitality in skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the specialty construction of computer network and information security of Hunan Post and Telecommunication College, this paper expounds the research and practice of the double-certificate talents training mode in higher vocational colleges.
