| 摘 要： | 建立了用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定牙膏中异阿魏酸（3-羟基-4-甲氧基肉桂酸）质量分数的方法。色谱较佳条件为：采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（Analytical 4.6 mm×250 mm 5-Micron）色谱柱;流动相A为质量分数0.3%磷酸,B为乙腈;分段梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为322 nm。结果表明,异阿魏酸的质量浓度在2.08μg/mL～31.2μg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 99）,平均回收率为98.84%。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for determination of 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamic acid in toothpaste was established.The extract was analyzed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column（Analytical 4.6 mm×250 mm 5-Micron）,mobile phase： A was mass fraction 0.3% phosphoric acid,B was acetonitrile.Using a stage gradient elution,flow rate,1.0 mL/min,column temperature：40 ℃;λ=322 nm.The mass concentration of 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamic acid with good linearity vs.the peak area within ranges of 2.08 μg/mL～31.2 μg/mL（r = 0.999 99）,average recovery was 98.84%. |
