3,4-二氨基-1,8-萘酐的合成与结构表征

摘    要:设计合成了3,4-二氨基-1,8-萘酐,以苊作为原料,经过硝化、还原、乙酰化、氧化等七步反应合成的3,4-二氨基-1,8-萘酐,其总收率为11.2%。并用HPLC验证纯度,纯度为98.95%。该化合物作为前体化合物,可继续合成一系列新型萘酰亚胺类抗肿瘤药物。化合物结构均经1H NMR和GC-MS等表征。

Abstract:In this thesis,3,4-diamino-1,8-anhydride n aphthalene was designed and synthesized.Using acenaphthene as the reactant,3,4-diamino-1,8-anhydride naphthalene was prepared by seven steps reaction,includi ng nitroreaction,reduction reaction,acetylization reaction and oxidation reacti on and so on,and the total yield was 11.2%,and the purity of it was characterize d by HPLC which reached 98.95%.As prece-ding compound,3,4-diamino-1,8-anhydr ide naphthalene could synthesize a series of novel bisnaphthalimides antitumor d rugs.The structure of these compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR,GC-MS.
