焦炭塔底四通旋塞结构设计

摘    要:介绍了延迟焦化装置的焦炭塔切换原料所用的四通旋塞结构改进及强计算。叙述了在填料函内增加填料套的方法。阐明了塞底部增设压紧弹簧,既可消除塞子锥面与塞体内表面之间的间隙,也可提高塞体两锥面的密封载荷,改善密封效果,减小塞体振动的原理。分析了增压角改进后,旋塞操作方便,减少管线系统增压时间的特点。

Abstract:Improving structure and its calculation of intensity about a stopcock of on THE COKE DRUM have showed. A cover at wad box has designed for easy to replace wad. Spring was installed at the bottom of the valve for adding the sealing load. It eliminate the space between the faucet and the wall of valve , raise the sealing force, eliminate vibration of the valve. Angle has reduced to short time of holding up pressure in valve and pipe system. Effect is preferably after it has run about three year.
