| 摘 要： | 为公平合理地分配成员企业独立运作所无法获得的结盟额外收益,基于任务分解结构研究了虚拟企业的利益分配机制.结合虚拟企业总体任务的任务分解结构和任务导向特性对其利益分配的原则进行了讨论,定义了子任务价值系数和绩效指标作为虚拟企业利益分配的重要依据,构建了基于任务分解结构的虚拟企业利益分配动态过程模型,建立了基于任务分解结构和合作对策论的虚拟企业利益分配模型,并采用对策二次规划方法进行求解.通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | To realize impartial and rational allocation of extra profit,which could not be achieved by any individual alliance member alone,profit allocation mechanism in Virtual Enterprise(VE) was studied based on the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS).Incorporating WBS and the overall task-oriented property of the VE,the profit allocation criteria were discussed.Subtask Value Ratio(SVR) and Subtask Performance Indicator(SPI) were defined as two important allocation rules.The dynamic profit allocation process model during VE based on WBS was established overall task operations stage.A VE profit allocation model based on WBS and cooperation game theory was proposed,and a solution based on Game Quadratic Programming(GQP) was also put forward.An example was provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
