摘    要:废塑料造粒是高炉喷吹废塑料的关键技术之一.研究了高炉喷吹废塑料造粒的3种方法即热熔水淬法、熔融挤压法及微热塑化法,测定了不同塑料开始热解温度.激烈热解温度及热解过程的气相成分.以此为依据分析了废塑料造粒方法对环保及资源回收的影响。结果表明:微热塑化造粒是一种既能充分利用资源又无二次污染的适合高炉喷吹用废塑料的造粒方法。

Abstract:Three granulation methods of waste plastics(WP) for injection into BF,such as granulation of melted WP in water,extruding granulation of soft-melted WP and extruding granulation of lightly heated and plasticized WP were studied.The beginning pyrolyzing temperature and rapidly pyrolyzing temperature of various WP were measured during thermal decomposition as well as the gas composition.The influence of granulation method of WP on environment and resource recycling was analyzed.The results showed that extruding granulation of lightly heated WP is the best,in terms of secondly pollution and resource recycling.
