摘    要:结合使用L580T型轮胎放电加工机加工轮胎活络模具花纹块的生产实践,分析了电火花加工花纹块零件的工艺过程,着重分析了加工过程中粗加工、精加工、微加工阶段的峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔的变化规律,选择了合理的参数,总结出了应用电火花加工花纹块零件的工艺流程及工艺参数配置的方法,生产表明这种工艺满足花纹块加工精度要求。

Abstract:Through analyzing the EDM and machining practices of the tread block in segmented mold for L580T tyre,its EDM process was discussed.The variation and parameter selection of peak current,pulse width and pulse interval in periods of the rough-machining,finishing-machining and micro-machining were emphatically discussed.The process and parameter selecting method of the tread block EDM processing were summarized.Production showed that this process could reach the required precision of tread block.
