摘 要: | 激光扫描系统要在较大的视场范围内清晰成象,就物镜前扫描型式而言,聚焦物镜或为fθ透镜或为抛物面反射镜。本文重点从原理上分析抛物面反射镜扫描系统的成象特点及其设计方法。

Abstract: | To form the clear image in a wider view-field,the focus objective of the laser scanning system is either fθ lens or a parabolic mirror in front of the objective.In this paper,the imaging characters and design methods of the parabolic mirror scanning system are analyzed theoretically. |
