蓄电池容量在线检测的研究

摘    要:蓄电池组是直流系统安全可靠供电的最后保障,蓄电池容量在线检测是保障蓄电池可靠供电的有效措施。目前常用的蓄电池容量检测方法只能离线检测,不能实现在线检测。本文提出的基于蓄电池容量与阻抗最佳关联度的交流四端法是测量蓄电池内阻的新方法,能够克服常用四端法在蓄电池满容或接近满容时检测困难的缺陷,做到了蓄电池内阻的实时在线检测,为直流系统检修模式由计划检修向状态维修转变做出了有益的探索。

Abstract:The batteries are the last security point in the direct current power supply systems, and online detecting the battery's capacity is an effective measure to guarantee reliable power supply. The offline method is the only method to detect and measure the batteries now. The new approach to measure the internal resistance of batteries by using alternating current four probe method based on the optimum relational grade of capacity and resistance of the batteries is proposed in this paper. The limitation of measurement for fully-charged or nearly fully charged batteries is eliminated, and the real time online detecting and measuring the internal resistance of batteries can be performed. It is a beneficial exploration to change the mode of planned detecting and measuring the direct current power supply system to condition maintenance.
