碳化硅冶炼炉温度场的ANSYS模拟研究

摘    要:采用ANSYS数值模拟软件对碳化硅冶炼炉内热量传递及温度分布进行模拟,得到了炉内热量传递及最终温度分布模拟图,分析了冶炼炉内温度分布规律,提出了扩大碳化硅生成温度区域的具体措施。

Abstract:The heat-transfer condition and temperature distribution of Acheason furnace was studied by using ANSYS numerical simulation software.The simulated diagram of heat-transfer and temperature distribution was achieved.The rules of temperature distribution were studied in the smelting furnace and the specific methods to enlarge the temperature field of silicon carbide synthesis were supplied.
