| 摘 要： | FED是新一代真空平板显示器件,由于色彩自然逼真、响应速度快、宽视角、低功耗以及矩阵选址等优点,而应用范围广泛.STV7697B作为数据电极的驱动芯片,能有效解决FED数据显示所需要的高压驱动问题.本文介绍了STV7697B的结构、性能特点和使用方法.整个系统实际测试的结果与仿真的波形相当吻合,显示效果令人满意.

| Abstract: | FED is a newer vacuum flat panel display. It would be widely applied by reason of natural and vivid color, short response time, wider view angle, lower power consumption, matrix location. Data driver STV7697B can solve the problem that output data should be drived by high voltage in stored and controlled circuit of FED. This paper describes the structure and performance of data driver STV7697B and introduces the application in FED driver circuits. In fact, the test results match wave forms by systems simulation. With it, we can get good image. |
