摘    要:在某核电站建设过程中,部分常规岛管道表面探伤检验时发现存在裂纹状缺陷,经取样进行缺陷形貌和组织等分析,确定了缺陷为表面裂纹缺陷、产生原因与钢纯净度、坯料的表面状态及钢管固有的轧制性能、管件制造工艺等各项因素有关。在分析缺陷产生原因的基础上,通过提高钢的纯净度、加大钢管表面无损检测力度、优化管件制造工序等措施,解决了该问题。

Abstract:Surface cracks are found on the surface of conventional island piping of Nuclear Power Plant during construction. The cracking correlated to purity of steel, surface condition of raw material and manufacture working procedure of fittings were analyzed by some experimental methods such as microstructure and crack morphology observation. Based on the analysis result, disposal and improved measures such as improving purity of steel, increasing the NDT scale of pipe surface, optimizing the manufacture working procedure of fittings are used to solve the problem.
