过盈配合的轮毂轴承芯轴有限元分析

摘    要:针对目前大量使用的第三代轮毂轴承单元,通过UG建立三维实体模型。首先分析了芯轴与内圈过盈装配应力,其次根据轿车在稳态转弯过程中轮毂轴承单元受力分析,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对轮毂轴承单元芯轴与内圈建立有限元模型。分析结果表明芯轴铆合翻边处最容易失效,应作为设计的重点考虑部位。最后通过控制变量法研究了过盈量、摩擦系数、几何形状,对轮毂轴承单元芯轴与内圈的过盈装配应力的影响,为以后的优化分析提供了重要参考价值。

Abstract:According to the extensive use of the third generation hub unit beating, Build 3d-solid modeling by UG. In the first place, analyses of interference assembly stress on the mandrel and the inner ring, furthermore analysis of forces on hub unit bearing basis in steady-state-cornering mode. The mandrel and the inner ring of hub unit bearing finite element model is established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the mandrel riveting deforming control at the most vulnerable to failure, so that it should be emphasis on the design. Finally, discussing the following factors such as the interference, the friction coefficient, the geometry which influence interference assembly stress of mandrel and inner ring by controlling variables method. The research results and analysis are of great value for further optimal design.
