| 摘 要： | 电力通信是电网不可分割的组成部分，是电网安全稳定高效运行的三大支柱之一。改革开放的30年，云南电力通信网从技术装备到人员素质、从网络规模到服务质量都有了一个质的飞跃。文章全面总结了改革开放30年云南电力通信的发展历程，从技术创新和管理创新2个方面，阐述了云南电力通信所取得的成绩，并对云南电力通信30年辉煌的经验进行了归纳总结。

| Abstract: | Power communication is an important part of the power grid.It is one of the three pillars of the safe,stable and efficient operation of power grid.During the 30 years of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in Yunnan power communication network.This paper comprehensively introduces the 30 years of development of Yunnan power communication,discusses the achievements from the aspect of both technical and management innovation.The experiences are also summed up in the paper. |
