纳米TiO_2表面的原位接枝聚合动力学

摘    要:以甲苯为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,在纳米TiO2表面引发甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)单体的聚合反应,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)分析表明,纳米TiO2表面已接枝聚合上有机分子链。研究了改性后的纳米TiO2表面发生原位接枝聚合反应的动力学行为,考察了聚合反应温度、单体浓度、引发剂浓度、纳米TiO2用量等因素对聚合反应速率的影响,测定了反应级数和聚合反应的活化能。结果表明,其聚合速率方程为:Rp=kBMA]1.00AIBN]0.86mTiO2]0.76,聚合反应的表观活化能Ea为135.94kJ/mol。探讨了聚合反应机理,其聚合反应机理与自由基聚合反应机理相符合,链终止反应为单基终止与双基终止并存。

Abstract:Then in-situ grafted polymerization was carried out between the functionalzed particles and butyl methacrylate monomer (BMA) under the action of initiating agent to accomplish the surface modification of nano-TiO2. The analysis of infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and thermogravimetry(TG) indicated that new organic chains were introduced onto the surface of nano-TiO2.
