两相区热处理对9Ni钢低温韧性的影响

摘    要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等分析手段研究了两相区热处理工艺参数对9Ni钢组织和低温韧性的影响。结果表明,中间淬火温度及回火温度对低温韧性有显著的影响,温度过高和过低都会造成低温韧性的降低。同调质工艺相比,经两相区热处理后,回转奥氏体分布更加弥散、均匀,且析出数量增加。

Abstract:The effect of process parameters for intercritical heat treatment (IHT) on the microstructure and low-temperature toughness in 9Ni steel were investigated by means of SEM and XRD,etc.The experimental results show that intermediate quenching temperature and tempering temperature have obvious influence on cryogenic toughness.The higher or lower heat treatment temperature brings about the decrease in impact toughness.The reversed austenite distributes more dispersively and homogeneously,and much precipitates in specimens treated by IHT process compared with those treated by quenching and tempering process.
