摘    要: 反弯曲率是矫直力计算过程中关键且难以确定的参数,矫直力的确定需要反弯曲率。根据虚拟支点概念,确定了力能参数理论模型;再利用中性层上下顶点处的位置,用曲线拟合的方法确定出了板材在矫直过程中的反弯曲率;将反弯曲率导入理论计算模型可得出矫直力。使用此方法并依据某钢厂热轧横切生产线中2号矫直机(11辊辊式矫直机)的工艺参数,计算出了矫直力的大小。结果表明利用该方法可以比较准确地计算矫直力。

Abstract:Anti-bend Rate is the key parameters but very difficult to determine,while it must be identified before calculation of force and energy parameters.According to the concept of virtual fulcrum,the energetic parameter model was first built.And then,by using the upper and lower vertices' position of neutral layer,the anti-bend rate was determined by curve fitting method.Finally,the straightening force was calculated when the anti-bent rate was drawn into computational model.Based on this method and the process ...
