Research on Mechanism Innovation of Faculty Construction in Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges

The new-established undergraduate colleges are facing the opportunities and the challenges.In order to realize the healthy sustainable development,we have to execute the strategy of developing the colleges by talents,implement the project of faculty construction,make schemes systematically,broaden views and be active in innovation.And we are supposed to explore and reform the mechanisms of faculty construction: the growth mechanism,the recruitment mechanism,the cooperation mechanism and the security mechanism,to create a group of well-positioned,well-structured and qualified faculties.
