摘    要:分析了加压溶气浮选设备选别微细颗粒的理论依据,并提出设计中应注意的问题.从理论上证明了溶气释放析出将会优先选择在疏水矿粒表面上发生,解决了传统浮选设备进行细粒浮选时碰撞几率过小的问题.

Abstract:Theoretical bases of flotation of ultra fine ore particles using pressed dissolved-air release equipment are analyzed thus the issues to which special attentions should be paid in design of such equipment are pointed out.The theoretical analysis shows that dissolved-air's release takes place first on surface of hydrophobic ore particles.Therefore,the equipment using this flotation method has solved the difficulty of traditional fine particle flotation devices by which the collision probability of particle with air bubble is too low.
